Thank you Keith, for letting me know about the solution of that problem as well. Any ideas? Managed to sort this by uninstalling, deleting all adobe folders, and re-installing. If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen. You are a life saver!! Thanks for installation video!!
